I was extremely satisfied with the service. I turned my keys over & just a short time the job was completed. Maybe it was the fresh coffee & snacks that helped to pass the time so fast. Anyway I can’t thank you enough for a job well done. I definitely will be back.

I brought the Explorer in because the brake lights would at times not go off. After the vehicle was checked out, Dan came to the waiting room to explain the problem and the approximate cost of the part. In my mind it was a safety issue and we decided to proceed. A short time later Dan let me know the vehicle was ready to go. Kudos to Dan and the rest of the Service Department!

Had free coffee, free wifi, and decent magazines in the customer lounge. Can it get any better?

I had a small dent in my bedside panel on my pickup and felt it could be repaired by paintless dent repair method. Body shop manager Chad Petry agreed and set up appointment. Repairs done in a timely manner with excellent repair job done. Cost was very reasonable and truck was cleaned up in a like new manner. Everything done in a superb manner.

Vehicle was ready as promised. Staff was friendly.

I had new tires put on my 2007 Jeep Liberty. Dave Rohlman is great to work with as are the others at the service desk and those that take payments. I bought my Jeep from Ruxers in December last year and have been bringing it to Ruxer’s now for service. I make arrangements to bring it in for service and they bring it back to my workplace which is most helpful. I then paid for the service over the phone and didn’t have to drive across town again or mail a payment. I have been very pleased with Ruxer’s service so far since I have had my Jeep.

Overall my visit was what I have come to expect. Pleasant.

Your Body Shop People did a great job on our 2014 truck that had just been wrecked in July. They communicated with us well and the truck looks great. Your body shop man Dennis is very professional and knows his stuff. We were very impressed.

Appointment began right on time, quick and loved the coffee in the lounge.

Giving us a car to drive is very helpful.

Dave was a good tow truck driver. He offered to help push my Pontiac LeManns in the garage.

The service department is great working me in when I have an unseen emergency and need repair on a short notice. I appreciate the work on vehicles that did not come from Ruxer Ford.nI am well pleased with the sales staff. The salesman I deal with is very courteous and find vehicles that I’m interested in. The office staff and collection window are very professional.

We have a 2014 Ford Escape and the service was fast and excellent. They accommodated us on a 24 hr. notice. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

We release bids, every year for at least two new vehicles if not three sometimes. Ruxer doesn’t always win. But we always have our warranty work done there. Their service is second to none. They are a dealership that represents Ford in a very good way.

Dave in customer service makes you feel like family! Even coming in for an oil change is handled as a top priority! They were out of loaners but Dave called my salesman – Jeff Ford and within 10 minutes he had me a loaner. This allowed me to attend a funeral of a friend in Evansville.

What determines what kind of car I drive and where I purchase it is not brand loyalty but the level of the Dealer Customer Service. RUXER Ford CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE BEST!

Ruxer services both my F150 and Taurus X in a professional and responsible manner. They have always been able to fix a problem although there have been very few. They also will not perform work, even when approved, if they find it is not necessary. They have provided me with technical information on more then one occasion when I needed it to install an accessory. I am very satisfied with their customer satisfaction approach.
